If you live anywhere near us, you are way better off coming in with whatever you can: your original directions, the old part, photographs of your equipment, all the information from the label, etc. We'll help identify exactly what you need. For the best help, try the weekdays, particularly during the day—there will be fewer customers who need help at the same time as you. However, we're happy to help to be of service to you whenever it is convenient for you. We have most parts in stock for the equipment sold by us and our closest competitors, and can order about anything else. We are not an online store, we do not sell parts over the phone, and we do not ship parts. See our Pricing Policy for details. So how can we help you if you live far away?
