► This week’s report card comes from the Billiards department, from an anonymous source. This customer said their shopping experience, the sales help, and our operations people were all good. They said that everyone was “very pleasant and helpful … friendly and knowledgeable”. And in regards to how our products perform for them, “Usually good, except we bought the most expensive pool table package and the brush sheds on the table when using it”. But they did also say that our communication is excellent!

► As we put game table floor models in the warehouse, we will be creating a store game table book. It will have a photograph of the table that we put away, facing the sign we took off the table. So you can show people stock tables that will fit on their floor.
► February 19: Presidents’ Day. We are open our normal store hours.
March 1: New store hours begin: Monday – Wednesday 10-6, Thursday and Friday 10-8, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 12-5
March 11: Daylight Savings Time starts. Don’t forget to spring forward an hour!
March 17: Happy March Birthday to Ann. Help us celebrate with FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while it lasts.
