► There were 16 One of These Awards for December; none for Customer Service. Finalists were: Maggie, Dawson, Mia, Paul, and Anne-Marie. Owner’s Choice was Dawson and the Drawing Winner was Ann. Congratulations to all!
► Laura & Kurt G. sent in a Seasonal Service and Repair Report Card after Paul did a hot tub repair for them. They were extremely impressed by the service and gave us 10s across the board. They said “Paul is very friendly, professional, prompt, and always communicates by phone when arriving. He explains everything we need to know about parts and answers questions. Knowledgeable. He represents your company well. I can’t say enough nice things about Paul your service person. He definitely is an asset to your company.”
► Advertising changes Sunday, January 14th to: Entertain at Home. Everything else remains the same.
► From Anne-Marie: We have removed the 2016 Seasonal Reward$ and Seasonal Sense from the files. We plan on emailing and snail-mailing out the 2017 ones soon.
Thank you to those of you who have signed up for the CPR/AED/First Aid class taught by the American Red Cross. I would love to see every shift have a certified employee. If anyone else is interested, please let me know. The company pays your time and the cost of the class. A portion of the class can be taken online (at work, if your supervisor allows, or at home). The hands-on portion of the class is at an American Red Cross location of your choice.

► Laughter The Best Medicine: A classmate and I were walking past a poster in our school hallway. It features a photo of Einstein with the words Even Einstein Read Books.
My friend was amazed: “I didn’t know Einstein’s first name was Evan”.
