► The Eco Smart solar heating systems are on clearance. That means they are discontinued. Like with any clearance items, when we run out, we will not stock them. If someone wants to order one, that’s fine. There is an original price written right next to the clearance price, which is the price to order one. However, someone continues to order them at the clearance price. Please stop it. Yes, I know that people don’t want to pay the order price, and that’s why we discontinued them. At the original price, they don’t sell. At the clearance price, they barely sell, and we lose money. So, original price = order. Clearance price = store stock only.
► Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Specialty Stores Report Card was received from customer James E. in Merrimack, NH whose general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Clean, spacious store.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Patrick was very helpful.” Sales help, operations, and communication were all rated Excellent. In-store advice and free water testing were rated Excellent. He would recommend us to a friend. “Wide selection of parts and helpful staff. ” What can we do to improve? “Six water tests are enough for most years, but when a problem occurs more may be necessary. Free w/purchase?” What do we do really well? “You have a well-stocked Parts department. If something is needed I know you’ll have it.”
► I answered him that three tests are enough for most years, that we will allow unlimited tests if I believe the problem is legitimate, and we have only invoiced two people in the past ten years.
► Advertising changes Sunday, July 12: “Mid-Summer Clearance Sale”. Everything else remains the same.

Please remember to RSVP Rose about the Safety Reward Party by Wednesday, July 22. We need to guarantee the food and entertainment right after that. If you are not entirely sure, at least talk to her by then, so we can figure out a solution.
