► Customer Feedback: Customers Heidi & Sturdy T., of Dublin, NH rated their general shopping experience with us as Excellent. “Good, knowledgeable sales people. Allison awesome; Mia was great, they worked well together.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “See above. Allison has superb follow-up, as did Mia. Very impressive. Great Sales Team.” Sales help, communication, operations people and product performance were all rated Excellent. “Sales staff was excellent! Warehouse was excellent! Brochures were good. So far what we bought is great – time will tell better.” They would recommend us to a friend. “Great selection, good prices, helpful salespeople.” What do we do really well? “I do not want to minimize Mia’s help, she was extremely helpful and also followed up with us. We started with Allison a year ago. She was very patient and helped us along. A year later we bought our furniture. She was so patient and helpful.”
