►    We do carry 2lb Smart Shock in a case of 6 bottles.  It is in Retail Pro, and we carried it last year, also.

►    From Anne-Marie: While working on the registers this week, I noticed there really isn’t a procedure to refund a customer who paid using her/his “Seasonal Reward$ or Seasonal Sense Gift Certificate.  After speaking with Dennis, we decided the  best way is to issue a Store Credit to that customer.  I will put something in the RetailPro Manual.

►    You have a new Gazebo price list.  Many gazebos went down in price.

►   Laughter is The Best Medicine from the Reader’s Digest:

Air BNB Reviews of Rapunzel’s Tower: “The highlights were the open floor plan and the large wooded area behind the tower with trails that led to a handsome prince’s castle.  Here’s the hiccup:  There was just one way to get back to our room:  The proprietor would throw her hair out the window, and we’d climb up.  Hell-ooo!  Don’t they have stairs in this part of the country?”
