►     Steven C. sent us this email recently …  “Hi folks,  I just wanted to take a moment and express my thanks to Paul M. for his assistance with my burned out hot tub heater element.  His expertise and clear description of the element replacement process allowed me to be able to do a (relatively) quick swap, thereby avoiding any chance of damage during the cold weather.  That was really excellent customer service, and I greatly appreciate it.”

►     Advertising, Specials, and Promotions all continue from last week: Patty O’ Furniture Sale.

►     There were 13 One-of-These Awards for February:  four for customer service.  Finalists were Ryan, Ally, Brian, and Kristine.  Owner’s Choice was Ryan, and the Drawing Winner was Mia.

►     We recently heard from Marquis that there will be some upcoming changes:  the e-Series is going to be replaced by Celebrity Elite.  Right now the e-435 is going to be replaced by the Celebrity Elite Broadway and the e-545 will be replaced by the Celebrity Elite Hollywood.  The remaining e-Series spas will remain available until Marquis designs new Celebrity Elite spas to replace them.  There’s no price increase with these changes, even though the Celebrity Elite is a lot nicer looking!

►     Reminder:  Anne-Marie’s Going Away Party in the dining room at Friday’s on Tuesday March 13 at 6:00pm.  Dinner, apps, drinks, desserts, etc.  But please RSVP to Dennis so we can tell them how much room to make for us.

►     Laughter the Best Medicine:  A friend’s son worked at a fast-food restaurant.  One night while he was manning the drive-though, a customer told him that the intercom wasn’t working properly.  My friend’s son went about filling the order while a female coworker fiddled with the intercom.  She asked, “Is that OK now?”

“Well no,” the customer said.  “Now you sound like a girl.”
