► Customer Feedback: Customer Delia A., from Milford, NH stated that her general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Well equipped store. Polite and friendly staff. Every staff member knows what they’re doing.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Joe Corriveau always makes himself available to help no matter how busy his schedule. Dependable and honest.” Sales help, operations people, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. “Keeps our pool clean.” She would recommend us to a friend. “No other store has your products and people.” What can we do to improve? “Have more sales and promotions.” What do we do really well? “Customer service.”
