► Customer Feedback: Cynthia M. of Amherst, NH sent us this feedback in September of 2016: Her general shopping experience was excellent because of “friendly, knowledgeable salespeople”. Cynthia said “Patrick was AWESOME last year when there was a mishap testing my water (not done by Patrick), leaving a black stain on my pool liner”. She said “one of the young boys that tests the pool water didn’t account for metals properly in my test. The result was a stained liner”. She said sales help was good, operations people were good, that we are excellent at communicating with our customers, and that our products perform excellently. She also said that she would recommend us to a friend because of our “Best pool supplies and equipment at pretty good prices” and that what we do really well is “value your customers and right any wrong with ease and satisfaction. I really appreciate that”.

► The final Above Ground Pool School is Wednesday, September 20th. The final Inground Class is Wednesday, September 27th. Make sure that everyone who has questions on pool closing signs up now.
► We were honored by The Souhegan Chamber of Commerce and The Cabinet Newspapers as Best Pool Service Company in Souhegan Valley, at a reception Wednesday, September 13th. Congratulations to all.
► Submitted by Stephanie: We are still fully stocking the store! Please do not pull forward on chemicals unless you have checked that we are out. Also please do not leave empty boxes in the warehouse. Thank you.
► You may have noticed that I keep rearranging the winter kits so that the four signs line up over each other. It is not because I am OCD (though I wouldn’t argue with that). It is because it is easier for the customer to see them in a series and identify which kit is the right size for them.
► Laughter The Best Medicine — On her first day of rounds at an Australian hospital, a visiting American nurse meets an old man packing up. “I’m going home to die,” he says. She quickly checks his chart. “Not according to your chart.” “I’m going home to die,” he insists. “Who told you that?” “My doctor.” “Well, it’s not true. You are not going home to die!”
