Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not 100% satisfied with any stock product purchased from Seasonal Specialty Store, you may return it for a full refund.

Merchandise must be returned in good order, with original packaging, warranties, and sales receipt. You must give us your name and address. Please let us know at the time of purchase if the item is a gift.


Cash refunds will be made for cash purchases, unless there is not enough cash on hand at the time. In that case, we will offer a merchandise credit, or a check mailed out from our main office within five to fifteen days.

Charge credits will be made for charge purchases.

Merchandise credit or a check mailed out from our main office will be made for purchases made by check. We will require approximately five to fifteen days in order to mail the check.

Special order and custom-made items are generally non-returnable or may entail substantial re-stocking charges or liquidated damages. Please request a written estimate by the department buyer before placing your order.

Items requiring installation (swimming pools, pool tables, spas, etc.) that have already been installed usually may not be returned. If we elect to make an exception, original delivery and installation charges are not refundable and there will probably be additional charges for dis-assembly, return and restocking. Problems with these items may be handled only according to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Proper identification is required for all refunds and credits.
