►     James & Jackie from Westford, MA have this to say about us:  Always professional and efficient.  Sean helped us buy a Saber grill.  Everyone was timely and polite and nobody did an unusually bad job.  We really appreciate the water testing and nobody over- or under-selling us products.  We love doing business with you!

►     Happy birthday to Kristine on Wednesday, February 6.  In her honor, let’s close the store for the day!

►     A belated happy birthday from last week to Maggie on the 28th, Thomas on the 29th, and Paul on the 30th.  I missed them in the rush to get out of town on my vacation.

►     You all did a great job while I was away!  I can see a lot of changes around the store.

►     Let’s try again!  Three weeks ago, we told you that we replaced the two pages of Hood Pool Table & Shuffleboard signs with one page from Damsen covers.  I’m not sure where they went, but we’re trying again.

►     Pat told you about the Marquis pages in the Parts Department and what cover fits what hot tub.  We are adding these pages to the Hot Tub Cover Special Order Book too.

►     Yes, it was too good to be true.  Saber just raised their prices, considerably.  However, in order to be nice to consumers, they only slightly raised their retail prices; making their MAP (lowest) price and their list (highest) price the same!  So we have to lose profits, and supposedly having sales!  We will not stop having sales, though they may be smaller discounts.

►     February 2:  Groundhog Day

         February 14:  Happy Valentine’s Day!

         February 18:  Presidents’ Day.  We’re open our normal hours.
