Did you know that we do a lot of pool service and repairs? We are trying to limit it to products purchased here, but it couldn’t hurt to ask if you need something done. Openings and closings (the most profitable parts of pool service) are still done by Tod’s Pool Service and Joe’s Pool Service; completely separate from us. So we do the less profitable work that they don’t want: filter and cleaner repairs, equipment installations, tutoring in pool care, diagnostics, and more.
Have you seen our sister company’s online pool supply store: SeasonalDirect.com? It is actually located in New York, and carries mostly different products (at different prices) from us. However, you can get to it directly from every page of our website (upper right corner), and they, like us, are honorable people with very good products, at very good prices.
A Seasonal Reward$ reminder: we are paying you five times more in rebates for reading our emails, as compared to our Seasonal Sense snail-mail program. So the only way to get your rebate is to read at least one email every year (out of what – six a year?). That would be the January one. Plus, we put a reminder in the rest of the emails with a link to request your certificate number if you lost it.
Mail Chimp reported to us that only half of you opened your certificate. They also reported the ones that unsubscribed or were never delivered. We sent a letter to each of those people. So we are doing our part to give you your rebate. And if you lost your certificate number, send an email to SeasonalRewards@SeasonalStores.com. Maybe we have your junk mail email instead of the one you read? Let us know what to fix, and we’ll do it. We emailed almost $60,000 in rebates this year. It would be a shame if you didn’t get yours. And if you don’t want any emails, send an email to the address above asking to go to Seasonal Sense, and we’ll mail you a printed certificate with the new amount.
You can also switch to Seasonal Sense if you don’t want to keep track of the certificate number that proves that you opened at least one email. The Seasonal Sense certificates are available in alphabetical order at the registers. Remember, you do not have to read emails to get a rebate. You just have to read them to get a large rebate and other specials.

We had four team members graduate from Souhegan this summer. Thomas is going to the University of New Hampshire, Jake is going to the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, Madison and Jon are going to Nashua Community College. We wish them all luck in the future, and hope to see them back next year.
We will be closing at 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, so that we can attend a Safety Reward Party at Kimball Farm in Westford. Barbeque, ice cream, batting cages, miniature golf, and BUMPER BOATS!
