I would like to make you aware of the outstanding service I received from the parts & repair department recently. I brought my spa pump in for repair of the impeller seal and found that I had a very unique part with no real manufacturer’s identification.  Patrick and Mia tried for over an hour to match up the seal to the parts in inventory.  Running out of options, Patrick called his distributor and ordered me a new wet end to be delivered the next day after checking their inventory.

On Friday I received a call from Tod saying the distributor had made a mistake regarding their inventory and that it would take 8 to 10 weeks to get a new wet end. I vocalized my displeasure as I wanted this operating for Easter weekend.  Tod told me he would try to help me out if anything should change.

A couple of hours later Tod called to say he had found parts from a variety of seals that he was able to seat in my hosing. I picked up my pump which was fully assembled, paid a very reasonable price for the work, installed the pump, and was using my spa two hours later with “no leaking anywhere”.

Saturday evening my girlfriend and I had a very enjoyable soak in the refurbished spa with a glass or two of wine, and my guests on Easter all tried out the spa.

I truly believe I received extraordinary service and I am only too happy to share this with you.
