I just want to take a moment to let you know that you have the best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. In the past four years you have worked with me in a truly unbelievable way and bent over backwards to make things as painless as possible for your customers. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the way you handle your customer service. I consider Jordan’s as the leader in customer service and they could take lessons from Seasonal. The horror stories I hear about other pool stores makes me wonder, don’t people know about Seasonal, why would anyone go anywhere else? This is one person who would not even consider it regardless what they claim to offer. No doubt Seasonal is miles above the competition.
