2024 Pool Opening Pricelist
Base in ground opening: $450 (up to 22’x44’) (#12000)
Includes:
- Remove, fold and roll of the cover
- Remove winter hardware
- Install in-season hardware (excludes divingboards)
- Spray debris off deck
- Cleaning the filter
- Full vacuum of pool
- Assemble/reassemble filter
- Startup of system
- Check for proper operation
- Add initial dose of shock
- All other chemicals are NOT included
- Opening now includes up to 1 hour of cleaning at time of opening
- Time past the included 1 hour is additional charge of $60 per half hour (#12022)

2024 Pool Closing Pricelist
Base in ground closing: $400 (up to 22’x44’)

- Install cover (Safety or solid with water bags)
- Blow out lines
- Using gas compressor
- Single pump systems
- Additional pumps – see below
- Cleaning of the filter (cart. or DE)
- Remove in season hardware

- Add anti-freeze (when necessary)
- All other chemicals are NOT included
- Pool must be clear for service
- If pool requires cleaning, the one-timecleaning fee will apply

2024 Pool Maintenance Pricelist
Weekly maintenance: $100 per week (#12015), $145 every two weeks (#12016)
Includes:
- Vacuuming
- Skimming
- Chemical testing
- Brushing (if needed)
- Chemical adjustments and additions
- Using customer’s chemicals FIRST
- Supplied chemicals added to invoice
- Filter cleaning (when needed)
- Emptying of cleaner bags
- Emptying of skimmer and pump baskets
- Photo documentation of serviced pool
- Maintenance is roughly 40 minutes a week
- Minimum of 30 minutes
- Maximum of 1 hour
- Pool must be clear to start
- See below to add a stand-alone spa tomaintenance
One Time Pool Cleaning: $160 an hour (#12019)
Includes:
- Vacuuming
- Skimming
- Chemical testing
- Brushing
- Filter cleaning (when needed)

Residential Labor Rate: $160 per hour (#12024)
- Defined as any pool at a residential address for private use by occupants of that residence only
Commercial Labor Rate: $220 per hour (#12025)
- Defined as any pool at a commercial, shared, association or industrial address for open use for thepublic or members

- Photo documentation of serviced spa
- Check over of equipment/operation
- Maintenance is roughly 30 minutes a week
- Minimum of 20 minutes
- Maximum of 45 minutes
- Spa must be running and full to start
Spa Drain and Clean: $265 (#12029) $210 for Spa purchased at Seasonal (#12028)
Includes:
- Run Serum through system
- Draining of water
- Designated area needs to be available
- Cleaning of spa surface
- Chemical filter cleaning
- Refilling of spa
- Chemical testing and adjustments

Schedule
Weather: In the event the weather is dangerous for the technician, service will be rescheduled at the discretion of management.
Holidays: The store is closed and no services will be performed on: New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any service that would normally be scheduled for one of these holidays will be moved to a different day, most commonly shifted by one day, at the discretion of management.
Cancelations: In the event that the customer needs to cancel their service, the customer must call at least 48 hours before their scheduled services. Any cancelation made after that 48-hour period will be subject to the $50 cancellation fee.
