►    A Service and Repair Report Card was received from Diana L. in Derry, NH who had work done on her hot tub.  She rated us as Average on one point, and Excellent on 16 points.  “I can not remember names of the technicians.  They were very  nice and answered all my questions (please look their names up for praise).” 

►    New advertising starts tomorrow (3/11):  “Sit On It”

        All department sales continue from last week.

 ►    We’re at the Nashua Home Show this weekend.

 ►    There were 22 One-of-These awards for February; four for customer service.  Seventeen people received at least one!   Finalists for Owner’s Choice were Jen, Jim, Seth and Mia.  Owner’s Choice was Jen, and the drawing winner was Joe.  Congratulations to all. 

►    Marquis has yet again changed their tubs.  The E Series is now available with in-line Spa FROG for $399; by taking the space of a cup holder.  Two-Pump Signature Series are now available with Aroma Fusions for $200.  That take the space of a pop-up speaker, so you can’t add it if the tub will be getting a sound system.  We revised the special order price pages again. 

►    We have a new, larger form for taking Winter Damage Reports; with, hopefully, more directions.  They have a reminder that winter damage is not the same as insurance; along with a reminder that people who need an insurance estimate should apply by email if possible.  We have a page of directions for them (copied on the back of this), which we are keeping next to the Winter Damage Message blanks.  Give that page to people with known, insurable damages.  Or get their email address and the office will email them.

►    Reminder:  Daylight Savings Time starts this weekend on Sunday, March 11 at 2:00am.  Set your clock(s) ahead one hour before you go to bed Saturday night or when you first wake up on Sunday morning. 

►    Only in America…

        – Do banks leave both doors open and then chain the pens to the counters.

        – Do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and put our useless junk in the garage.

        – Do we use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so we won’t miss a call from someone we don’t want to talk to in the first place.
