►    Happy St. Patrick’s Day. 

►    Customer Feedback:  D.J. P. from Pelham stated his general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “The bar I purchased was on sale so I saved money.”  As to whether or not any of our team members did an usually good job:  “Mimi was the sales person”.  Sales help was rated Excellent, and communication was Good.  With regard to what we could do to improve:  “Continue having sales on items.” 

►    Advertising continues from last week:  “Sit On It”

        Remember, this is an unbelievable patio furniture sale.  No one other than us, puts special orders on sale.

 ►    All labor prices have been revised, including the flat fees, to reflect our policy of charging 20% less to work on products purchased here. Most prices actually went down. Hot tub technicians take note.

►    Only in America…

        – Do we buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns in packages of eight.

        – Do we use the word “politics” to describe the process so well:  “Poli” in Latin meaning “many” and “tics” meaning

          “bloodsucking creatures”.

        – Do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille lettering.
