► A Seasonal Specialty Stores Report Card was received from a customer by the name of Andre G., from Nashua,NH who stated that his general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Mia is a great little gal.” Sales help, operations, communication and products were rated Excellent. Pool School, In-store advice, and Free water testing were all rated Excellent. What can we do to improve? “Just keep it up. Don’t give up a great service.” What do we do really well? “From start to finish you have provided excellent service.”

All the monthly sales remain the same.
► We are starting a liquidation of all of our grills starting Friday, July 20. Prices are at cost, before shipping costs, on every grill except the P500RSIBPSS (our best seller). The propane heaters and propane fire pits are also slashed to cost. We will NEVER ever charge prices this low.
► Please use the boxed solar covers first. The boxes take up too much room in the warehouse. And, when you ignore them, they get old!
► Customer Appreciation Day is Sunday, July 22. FREE, selected logo items with purchase, while they last. Feature the Seasonal All-Natural Sanitizer. It is very effective, and it’s All-Natural!
► Cover Logix prices changed July 15. Of course, they gave us the new prices on July 16. So, anyone quoted earlier but did not purchase, may need a new quote. The fabric choices changed – and improved – a great deal. One of the solid covers was discontinued, and there is a new, high-end mesh cover. All fabric names changed, some warranties improved. There are new options for upgraded springs and foundations. Prices did not change much.
► The Best of Nashua contest started a few days ago, and runs until August 2. So please get everyone you know to vote for us, at www.NashuaTelegraph.com/BestofNashua; at Swimming Pools/Hot Tubs. You can vote once a day; I assume per computer. Remember, for a vote to count, you have to vote in at least nine other categories.
► The hot tub price list has been revised as of 7/13, to drop discontinued items.
► Make your own sundaes, while they last, paid for with your tip jar.
► Bioguard has discontinued the Spaguard DVD, and we are out of them. So, we removed the DVD from the Universal Bonus Kit, and we put the Baqua Spa one into the Baqua Spa Starter Kit. It is going into that kit for free. We’ve adjusted the sign for the chemical package and the “Complete Spa Package”.
