► Customer Feedback: Customer Brian H., from Nashua, NH stated that their general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Patrick was very knowledgeable about the salt chlorine generator, but Paul Matthes’ installation withstood the scrutinizing home owners test.” When asked about team members that might have done a bad job they remarked “Never!” As far as our sales help in general, they are “ever present, never pushy.” Our operations people are “efficient and courteous”, and our communication is “just the right amount.” When asked how our products performed for him, he said “everything performed as promised.” He would definitely recommend us to a friend and mentioned your “quality and service is tops.” When asked what we can do to improve, he mentioned “food and beer is the only thing left to do!” He also spoke of what we do really well: “Execution! You get things done. Thanks, guys, great place to do business!”

► I have just finished the accounting for the pool through the High Hopes Foundation. Through some very generous contributions from our vendors, we are able to provide a $12,000 pool package, heat pump, and installation at no cost to the family or to High Hopes. We put some good money into this (and a lot of time), but still not the most. Aqua Comfort at $2,400, Pools By Us Plus at $1,050. Sharkline at $1,240 were also major contributors.
An interesting note is that every person and company I asked said “yes” to my request (and two gave extra). That is, every company owned by people. We received one “no” from the multi-billion dollar company. I’ll put the statement in the lunch room.
► Save the date. We are hosting an “After Hours” Open House for the Souhegan Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, November 7th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. There will be a lot of people here, so I will need a lot of you to help entertain, guide, serve food, etc.
► The factory rebate on Legend Automatic Pool Cleaners ends on Sunday, September 2nd.

The Washington Post’s Mensa Invitational once again invited readers to take any word from the dictionary, alter it by adding, subtracting, or changing one letter, and supply a definition. Here are some of the winners:
– Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn’t get it.
– Inoculatte: To take coffee intravenously when you are running late.
– Osteopornosis: A degenerate disease..(This one got extra credit).
– Karmageddon: It’s like, when everybody is sending off all these really bad vibes, right? And then, like, the Earth explodes and it’s like, a serious bummer.
