Customer Feedback: Customer Lisa C. from Derry, NH stated that her general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Great selection, plenty of help.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Mimi – she consulted and wrote up our entire pool package. She was great. Patrick gave a lesson at my home. He was great also.” Did any of our team members do an unusually bad job? “Not a bad job, but I would have liked the pool school class to be easier to understand. I found it hard to follow, and ended up having Patrick come to my house.” Sales help, operations, communication and product performance were all rated Excellent. “However – they should prompt customers for a reward card when paying. Need to be reminded so rewards get credited.” “You give great service and support with pool school. We are new pool owners and have really appreciated the education on this large investment that requires a lot of knowledge.”

► The Take It Easy Claim Form has been revised and reprinted.
► New product: The Pool Pillow Pal. A Velcro combination with a very special adhesive on one side that will actually stick to a pool cover. That means you can now Velcro an ice pillow onto the center of the cover! What could be easier: and only $9.99.
► I believe that I will send invitations to the parents of our student employees, to attend the Open House on November 7. Please make sure they understand that we do not have an open bar on work days.
► Congratulations. We won the Best of Nashua contest as the Best Pool/Supply/Hot Tub Service Company. There will be a reception for winners and honorable mentions, on Wednesday, October 17, from 5:30PM to 7:30PM at Sky Meadow. My guess is that there will be food by all of the Best Restaurant winners. I will be away that day. We will be receiving two tickets to the event. If you want to represent us there, let me know.
► A new high-end food store just opened up in our parking lot, next to Red Wing Shoes – The Meat House. Check it out – very impressive. They also have some prepared foods and make sandwiches. I would describe it as Joe C.-quality food.
