Customer Feedback: A customer with the last name of Helfman stated that their general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Seth knew your products and only showed me what I was looking for.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Seth was a #10 = Excellent.” Sales help was excellent. “Excellent products – made in U.S.A. – logical prices.

► We were announced as Best Pool/Supply/Hot Tub Service Company in Greater Nashua last Tuesday.
► We will be at the SVCC Expo at the Hampshire Dome on Thursday, October 18.
► We just created new special order price lists for Marquis Environments, and Marquis Signature series hot tubs. A lot has changed. The eSeries ones will probably change in November.
► In the new Marquis price list, there is an option called MicroSilk®. It is $2,000 and is only available on a few spas. It is actually not available right now, but will be shortly. Tony does not know much about it yet. What I can find is that it is not exclusive to Marquis. It involves a special pump that creates micro-bubbles in the water, which supposedly make your skin feel better. “Details at eleven.”
► A special congratulations to Roz for her first entire quarter receiving a Non-Smoker’s Bonus. I love it when my diabolical plan works, and another person quits smoking. I know it’s very difficult, and we all believe that you are doing a great job.
