Customer Feedback:   Customer Kim  stated that her general shopping experience with us was Excellent.  “Clean store, neat, organized, friendly associates.”  Did any of our team members do an unusually good job?  “John – took my water sample, very welcoming to a new customer.  Mia – explained every step of my pool chemicals.  Very patient with me.”  Sales help, operations, communication and products were all rated Excellent.  “I felt like I purchased what I needed, not just stuff to make a sale.  Roz at c/o was friendly and funny.  I read the signage and knew where to go for water test.”  What do we do really well?  “Customer service.  Explain chemical process (Mia), why I needed what I purchased.  I love the instruction sheet.  So helpful to me.”

►    New advertising and weekly specials start Sunday, 10/21:  “The Best of the Best”. Everything else continues.

►    FREE Food in the Coffee Shop this weekend, while supplies last.

►    A customer stopped me the other day to compliment me on what a well run store I have, how wonderful our team members are, etc.  He owns a business himself, and he reads our newsletters to see how we do it.  He has been driving up from Tyngsboro, past lots of pool stores because of our service.  As we were talking, he was having a cup of coffee and waiting for Stephanie to install some grids on his FNS36 assembly.  Two thoughts on this; beyond how nice it is to get a compliment:  1.  These compliments are always based on how great you are, not me.  2.  It has become really common for me to have these conversations in the past two years – because you are the best team we have ever had here.  Thank you very much.

 ►    From Patrick:  If someone calls about Hot Tub repairs, we work on all brands of hot tubs.  If you are not sure, please give the call to someone who knows.

 ►    From Anne-Marie:  I am thinking of purchasing seats for an online CPR/AED class.  After taking the test, you will be recertified/certified.  If anyone is interested, please drop me a note. Thanks.
