►    A Service and Repair Report Card was received from Michael O. in Portland, ME who had his pool pump repaired.  He rated us Excellent on all 17 points.  “Patrick went out of his way to help me.  I am renting my home while in residence and Patrick went the extra mile by driving by to get the pump info for the repair.  Thanks.”

►    Advertising and all specials continue from last week:  “Look at the Big Picture”

►    Hours change right now:  we’re back to being open on Wednesday.

►    Happy Birthday to Roz on Saturday, March 2.

►    Good luck to Patrick at the Nationals next weekend.  It must be time to rearrange the store.

►    Any day now, the Grill, Smoker, Fire Pit, and Electric Fireplace section of the website will be revised.  More information, and original prices.  Better descriptions are coming.  Description numbers have changed.  We can’t give our actual selling prices online, because our prices are too low.  You can give them to people who live local.  Details to follow.

►    The new Repair Receipts are done.  The old ones are now only for cue tip repairs.  Please learn how to use them.  Is it more work than the old ones?  Yes, but they are much more efficient for doing things correctly, and should reduce the number of customers who get mad at us.
