► The May Seasonal Reward$ email went out Friday, May 15. Please review that coupon – it requires a $200 minimum purchase. Remember, that’s what they buy, not what they spend. If they buy $200 worth of stuff they can use the coupon. So if they buy $200 and use a $100 Reward$ certificate and a $90 gift certificate, they can still use the $10 coupon.
► Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Specialty Stores Report Card was received from a customer with the last name of W., of Nashua, NH. Their general shopping experience with us was Good. Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Mia was very helpful in the store, and also when she came out to the house to explain pool operation”. Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Good. Pool School, in-store advice, free water testing, at home tutoring, and the Take-It-Easy program were all rated Excellent. What do we do really well? “Information – very good at explaining everything to a first time buyer”.
► New advertising and weekly specials start Sunday, May 17: “Seasonal Beats Them All”. Everything else remains the same.
► A new Saber gas grill advertisement begins, for Memorial Day Weekend Barbeque.
► The post card (with coupon) trying to move former Boynton Pool customers to us, is being mailed Monday, May 18. Please review the coupon. It’s $5.00 off any purchase.

► Great job on the registers last week. No mistakes on liquid chlorine deposits. One really big mistake on warranty items with no name and one small, return on some super shock.

| Conclusions, when we have roughly the same thing, we are CHEAPER than this competitor. Now try to get some advice from them.Look at the 52% watered-down shock compared to 68% full strength: 68÷52=131. So ours is 31% stronger, for 1% less! And we will sell the customer one bag at a time, and they require buying 5 bags at a time. And our solar covers are made in USA! If theirs were, they would probably say so. And we are the warranty center for them. | ||
