►     Jeffrey H. of Merrimack, NH had this to say on his report card for us, “Patrick always exceeds my expectations!  From sales help, to chemical balance, to fixing problems, he is the man”.  Jeffrey says that never in his more than 15 years as our customer has any team member done a bad job.  He thinks our level of communication is “not too much, not too little, just right”.  He had a few minor issues with the DE filter cartridge and filter air pressure relief valve that he bought from us, but Patrick helped with both issues.  In terms of improvement, Jeffrey suggests that we could have “online ordering of pool chemicals, etc. available for pickup.  Would make for a quick pay/pickup during routine visits”.  And finally, he says that we “provide a shopping environment that is very positive with a staff that are genuinely happy to work at Seasonal Specialty Stores.  Your staff and fun atmosphere is why I keep coming back”.

►      New advertising, weekly specials, and department promotions all start Sunday December 31: Family Fun Savings.

►      New Store hours start January 2^nd:  we are closed Wednesdays in January and February.

►      We will delay the One-of-These Award to the wrap party, so that more people can be present.  Have a great time there!

►      Happy Birthday to Tod on Wednesday January 3^rd.

►     December 31: Closing at 3PM for New Year’s Eve.

January 2: Winter store hours start:  Monday and Tuesday 10-6, closed Wednesday. Thursday and Friday 10-8, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 12-5.
