► Customer Feedback: A customer by the name of Stacy W., from Nashua, NH stated that her general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “I liked the layout of the store. Easy to find everything. Good signage.” Very clean environment.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Stephanie was fantastic. She was patient with questions and could answer everything!” Sales help, operations, communication, and products were all rated Excellent. “Stephanie was very knowledgeable! Very nice – smiling. Looking forward to the classes!” What do we do really well? “Went to Namco initially because they are closer – very disappointed – the sales people knew nothing. Seasonal has an educated staff – such a relief!”

► Remind people that the first Above Ground Closing class is Wednesday, August 29. They should register soon, because it looks like we “sell out” of seats for the 9/19 class.

► The Billiard Comparative Promotions page has been updated.
► The Pool Table signs and Above Ground Pool Sale sheets have been revised to show the new GE Financing, which is only available at regular price, to also be available in exchange for a different promotion or part of a promotion.
► I imagine this bears repeating, because I am always amazed that anyone takes the GE Financing. Triangle is a much better deal for the customer (right now, starting at 7%), and for us. They give the customer a check made out to us, and it counts as a check for payment. It can always be used at sale prices. If they give you the check by the deadline on above ground pools or hot tubs, it counts for the special offer. We have to pay GE 5% for the privilege of them charging the customer only 15%, and we don’t get paid right away.
► New Pool Tips on Water Balance are out, and on the web. Nothing dramatic changed. We show TDS as part of the LSI. That has always been true, though the manual calculation used a constant because if you don’t have a computer, you probably don’t have a TDS meter. And, we added phosphates to it, so we don’t need that separate card any more.
