►    Customer Feedback:  Customer Bob B. of Nashua, NH stated that his general shopping experience with us was Excellent.  “All questions were answered.  no pressure sales, very pleasant young lady.”  Did any of our team members do an unusually good job?  “A young lady named Stephanie helped us choose the right product for the task (pool vacuum).”  Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent.  “Polite, pleasant, and efficient.”  “The product did what it was supposed to do.”  What do we do really well?  “Answer questions and show product features.”

►    Free gifts for Father’s Day note:  This is for all males, not just fathers.  You never ask a stranger if they are a father or a mother.

►    Happy Birthday to Patrick on Tuesday, June 23 and Rose on Wednesday, June 24.

►    Nine people looked for local pool and patio stores on Yelp last week.  One of them called us on their cell phone.

►    A few of you are still getting a pay check every week.  Perhaps you find it easier, or you just work “for the fun of it’ and don’t actually cash the checks.  Ask your friends how they like direct deposit.  Most people find it easier.

►    Anti-Jokes.  Note, these are not jokes, they are anti-jokes.
