► Customer Feedback: Joe D. of Nashua, gave an excellent in general shopping experience, “Always find employees helpful and professional”. Joe put, “A former employee help us in a Pool Table purchase and gave us great advice and service”. Joe’s response to a team member doing a bad job, “Hasn’t happen yet, and we have been shopping in your store for over 25 years”. He also put excellent on the sales help, “All the right things”. The operations was also marked as excellent, and “Always on top of their game”. The communication was excellent and “Love the Newsletter”. Products were excellent, “Have a Sharkline Pool that has a new liner and is like new”. Would he recommend us to a friend, he said, “Have done so numerous times”. For what we can do to improve and what we do really well, Joe put “Keep doing what you are doing and Everything Pools”.

August 23: Pool School 303 ~ Above Ground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
August 25 to 27: Giant Yard Sale. Unbelievable Bargains watch for our giant tent in the parking lot.
August 26: Happy Birthday to Jim: Free birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.
August 30: Pool School 304 ~ Inground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
September 2: August Clearance Sales ends at 5:00 PM today.
► Have a great time at the Safety Rewards Party next Saturday. Remember we close at 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 19.
DO NOT TELL PEOPLE 5:00! Otherwise, people get very angry, or six of you miss the barbeque. Otherwise, there is no rain date. You have to go to the tent, and we will have the barbeque and ice cream buffet. They will give you passes to come back on a later date, to get your free rides, games, and other activities.
Also, I don’t check your ID, Kimball’s does. So they need to find your name on the guest list. So if you are changing any names, I need to know right away. Also, it’s cash bar only. Underage drinking by you or your guest gets you fired, and future parties cancelled. So, have a good, clean, fun time!
