► Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Service and Repair Report Card was received from an anonymous customer. They rated us Excellent on all points. “Paul did a great job. He did have to return to fix a leak, but was very fast and friendly.”
► Advertising changes Sunday, April 12: “April Pre-Seasonal Sale”. Everything else remains the same. The newsletters should be arriving in-home this week. I delayed mailing last week, hoping for it to get warmer out. Hoping.
► Anniversary cake in the coffee shop Saturday, April 11 for first-year anniversaries: Jonathan, Jake, Andrew, Thomas, and Allison. Congratulations and thank you.
► Good luck to Pat bowling next weekend.
► We have a new hot tub price list just out. The 660 and the Spirit are coming in with new colors. We added the Hollywood and the Euphoria. All are due here in about a month.
► Mia will be coordinating Pool Schools this summer, or at least until I come back to work full-time.
► Reprinted from the March 21st News: Every hot tub wet test done here requires the same paperwork: the preparation sheet that shows the test before, the test after, the safety procedures, etc. Every test, whether it’s you or a customer. The form tells you how many copies to make, and who gets them.
► From Patrick: There are new Sunday trainings posted. Please check the training schedule in the lunch room.
► If you receive a copy of the Seasonal News (April flier) in the mail, please write the date on it, and put it in my mailbox. That helps me to see the print quality on the copies that they don’t give us, and to track the days various cities were delivered. If you wish to keep a copy for posterity, take one from the store.

When Peters learned that he was being fired, he went to see the head of human resources. Since I’ve been with the firm for so long, he said, I think I deserve at least a letter of recommendation. The human resources director agreed and said he’d have the letter the next day. The following morning, Peters found a letter on his desk. It read, Jonathan worked for our company for 11 years. When he left us, we were very satisfied.
