► Events during the next couple of weeks:
April 22: Ryan, Amber, Ally, Jack, Morgan, and Eric have their one-year Anniversary: Have some anniversary cake in the coffee shop while supplies last.
April 26: Pool School 202 ~ Easy Pool Opening, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
April 29: Patrick has his twentieth Anniversary: Have some anniversary cake in the coffee shop while supplies last.

► Customer Feedback: A customer with the last name of Farr from Nashua, NH rated their general shopping experience as Excellent. Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Yes – Don’t remember his name, but he took the time to explain all about the pool robot to my husband who is hearing impaired and read lips.” Sales help, operations people, and product performance were all rated Excellent. They would recommend us to a friend.

► Advertising and everything else continues from last week: “April Sale”. By now, most of the newsletters should have been delivered.

► Remember, we are closed on Easter Sunday, April 16.

► The Well Chlorine customer note goes with the calcium hypochlorite, not the dichlor. It would be very bad to put dichlor in a well, because the cyanuric acid will not dissipate. Let alone that calcium hypochlorite is what is approved.

► Congratulations to Stephanie, who won the drawing for two passes, discounts, and free stuff at the Currier Art Museum. There is a really excellent exhibit on Cut Paper this month.

► The newest warehouse slip has a line for cases of generic one pound cal hypo shock in cases of 24 in addition to cases of 12, at a slight discount. Why? Because we keep seeming to get in cases of 24! When that happens you can also make a case of 12 by putting 12 bags in a box or bag.

Anne-Marie: I’ve noticed that since I changed the timeout on Retailpro to logoff cashiers with a much longer lapse, most times when I go out to the registers, people do not sign off when they leave a register. Someone else can ring up sales under that person’s log-on. Just a reminder, as the store gets busier, audits show up with more errors on the registers. If you do not sign-off when you leave your register, you will get credit for someone else’s mistakes. Please be more diligent.

Also, when ringing up Seasonal coupons, please attach a copy of the register receipt to the coupon. Many are coming through without copies. Thank you.

► The coupon shelf has been bulging, as we have been making copies of every coupon to save you time at the register. So, we made a new advertising shelf under where it used to be.

► That’s Outrageous! by Reader’s Digest:
One morning an Alabama woman let her bloodhound Ludivine out for a quick pee. Ninety minutes later, Ludivine was wearing a ribbon after coming in seventh place in a local half marathon. She might have done better except that she stopped to smell a dead rabbit and occasionally detoured into streams and backyards, said other runners. “I can’t believe she ran the whole marathon,” Ludivine’s owner told Runner’s World. “She’s actually really lazy.”
