►    Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Service and Repair Report Card was received from Mary S. of Nashua, NH.  She rated us Excellent on most points.  “Patrick is wonderful.  Helped to set this up.  Made a visit on his way home to put a valve on for us.”

►    Advertising, sales, and promotions continue from last week:  “April Pre-Seasonal Sale”

►    Good luck to Patrick at his bowling tournament.

►    Happy Birthday to Jake on Friday, April 24.  Celebrate with cake in the coffee shop on Saturday, April 25.

►    Remind everyone.  Pool Opening class is Wednesday, April 29.

►    We still carry Aqua Comfort heat pumps, we are just not stocking them.  They may be ordered at the Special Order Prices on the clearance page.

►    I am on a medical leave of absence while I care for my wife.  I will be by from time to time, for short periods of time.  So, let people know it could be a long time before I can get back to them.  And please do not be offended if I don’t stop to chat.

►    From Mia: Please bring back any uniform shirts that are in GOOD condition that you no longer wear.  Give these back to either Ann or Mia – clean please.

►    From Anne-Marie:  Just a reminder that if a customer wants you to fix their email address on their customer record in RetailPro in order that they can get their Seasonal Reward$, please do not do so.  The only way a customer can “resubscribe” to our group emails, and change back from Seasonal Sense to Seasonal Reward$ is to send me an email asking me to resubscribe them.  If you have any questions, please see me.  Thanks.

►    More Internet Humor: While eating in a restaurant, I reprimanded my 4 yr. old son for speaking with his mouth full.  Mump umn Kmpfhm, was all I heard.  Drew, I scolded, no one can understand a word you’re saying.  He says he wants some ketchup, my husband said calmly.  A woman sitting nearby leaned over and asked, How in the world did you understand him?
