► You have already started some sale price early, because it takes so long to set up for the sale. Remember, clearance means clearance. Prices will go up when we get low on the item. All sales are first come, first served. No rain checks. Customers should buy now. We have no plans for any prices to go lower this year. Orders, are at ORIGINAL prices.
► Customer Feedback: Customer Ronald D. of Hudson, NH stated that his general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Because staff is knowledgeable and professional.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Tod and ?Pat? Unsure of name.” Sales help and operations were rated Excellent. “Patient and friendly.” Communication and product performance were both rated Good. “The cover is too new to tell. Pump and motor are great and quieter.” What do we do really well? “Always correct advice and don’t push to buy.”
► Advertising, sales, and specials all start Sunday, August 3: “August Clearance Sale”. This month’s color is pink.
► Events during the next couple of weeks:
August 1: August Clearance Sale begins. Get them while they’re hot!
August 8-9: Customer Appreciation Day: Free Gifts with any purchase, while they last.
August 15: We’re closing at 4:00PM so we can all go to Kimball Farm for a Safety Reward Party.
August 22: Happy Birthday Jim: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.
August 26: Pool School 303 ~ Above Ground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
August 31: August Clearance Sale ends today.
► Great week last week. No mistakes on the chlorine deposits. No returns without names. There were four inexpensive warranty purchases without names (or “Declined”); all by the same person.
► The “One-of-These” award drawing will be delayed until the Safety Reward Party on August 15th.
► More Ways to Maintain a Healthy Level of Insanity:
- Put mosquito netting around your work area and play tropical sounds all day.
- Five days in advance, tell your friends you can’t attend their party because you’re in the mood.
- When the money comes out of the ATM, scream “I won! I Won!”.
