► Customer Feedback: An anonymous customer stated that their general shopping experience with us was Good. “Sales was great. Guy in shipping dept. (pick-up) was rude.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Yes, Roz was excellent.” Did any of our team members do an unusually bad job? “Pick-up dept guy was rude and arrogant.” Sales help was rated Excellent. “Very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.” With regard to operations people: “Warehouse terrible, and cashier excellent.” Communication was rated Good. “Have seen your ad in free paper.” Product performance is Excellent. “The bar looks great in my game room.” What can we do to improve? “Train warehouse personnel.” What do we do really well? “Sales, product selection, quality products, and friendly service in the store. Thank you card was a very nice touch.”
► New advertising starts Sunday, August 16, but everything else remains the same: “Final Clearance”
► Events during the next couple of weeks:
August 15: We’re closing at 4:00PM so we can all go to Kimball Farm for a Safety Reward Party.
August 22: Happy Birthday Jim: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.
August 26: Pool School 303 ~ Above Ground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
August 31: August Clearance Sale ends today.

► If you’re reading this before the party have a great time. If you are reading it after the party, I hope you had a great time. Remember, it’s rain or shine, at least for the barbeque and coupons to come back for the games.
► Only one bad chlorine deposit (discount on a deposit) and it was rung up as a friend discount, with an employee name and that employee does not recognize the customer. One cash refund without a name, and all warranty items have names.
► Jen is leaving us at the end of next week, to take a full-time job more in keeping with her education and skills. We wish her all the luck in the world, and a big thank you for eight great years.
