►    Congratulations to Mia, who was named to the Top Producers Club at Marquis Spas, for selling 10 hot tubs between 11/1/14 and 8/7/15, by warranty registration date.

►    Customer Feedback: An anonymous customer stated that their general shopping experience with us was Excellent. “Always a warm environment.” Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Joe C. just happened to stop in the store while we were there. He saw us and jumped right in to assist Tod in ordering a new cover for us since he knows our pool and had a picture of it. This made the order very easy to do.” Sales help, operations people, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. “Tod is always a pleasure to work with.” What do we do really well? “Friendly, available, and knowledgeable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.”

►    Advertising, promotions, and specials all continue from last week: “Final Clearance”

►    There were 39 One-of-These Awards for July; 11 for Customer Service. Finalists were Sarah, Joe, Patrick, Mia, Corey, and Thomas. Owner’s Choice was Joe, and the Drawing winner was Kristine.

►    Events during the next couple of weeks:

            August 22: Happy Birthday Jim: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

            August 26: Pool School 303 ~ Above Ground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

            August 31: August Clearance Sale ends today.

            September 2: Pool School 304 ~ Inground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

►    We are discontinuing Robelle Total Alkalinity Control and Calcium Hardness Increaser.

►    We just changed the hot tub sale to include a used Epic. There are also signs that are important, because they do have the

serial number, spa age (when sold – manufacture date may be about 3 years earlier).

►    Namco told us that the Nashua stores is closing Sunday, August 23rd. They say the they will re-open in a different location in spring of 2016. We’ll see.

We will no longer accept Namco Blue Shield liquid chlorine containers, as it is our policy to only accept them while they     are open and we can return them to Namco. Unfortunately, for us, it’s already too late. Nashua and Manchester both refused to take them back because they don’t want to have to give away so much product when they are almost out. It is a whole $282! So we may need to make 16 separate trips to Manchester to do it. Which costs us more than $282.
