► Customer Feedback: Bryne P. of Bedford, NH recently came to us for a pool heater repair. She gave us all 10s, and actually wrote in an 11 on “Responsive to Questions or Problems”! She says that Ryan “Did a great job!! All your people are very helpful and nice. You should be very proud of them!”
► Advertising, specials, department promotions, and sales continue from last week, but this is the final week of August Clearance Sale and Final Sale.
► There were 28 One-of-These Awards for July; 7 for customer service. Finalists include Thomas, Anne-Marie, Kyle, Greg, Ryan, and Dawson. Owner’s Choice winner was Dawson. The drawing winner was Jim. Congratulations to all.
► The first Inground Pool Closing class is Wednesday August 23rd. Please encourage people to register.
► Laughter The Best Medicine – How many board meetings does it take to get a lightbulb changed? This topic was resumed from last week’s discussion but is incomplete pending resolution of some action items. It will be continued next week. Meanwhile …
