►    New Safety Cover Prices are out. Some price adjustments (some up a little, some down a little, on average the same). Cover Logix warranties have all improved, and there is a new, cheaper solid cover. IMPORTANT: The factory in New Hampshire has been closed – there is just an office there. The cover could be made in one of several factories around the country, depending on which factory is the fastest.

►    Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Service and Repair Report Card was received from Denise & Rick L. in Pepperell, MA. They rated us Excellent on most points. “We are worried that the hot tub turn on button has gone 2 times now on a 1 year old hot tub. Why does this keep happening?”

►    Added by Dennis: We replied by letter that we researched the problem with Marquis, and determined it must be bad luck because there are no known common defects, but we have a plan if it happens again.

►    The August Clearance Sale ends Monday, August 31^st. That means the September advertising and promotions all start September 1^st. The Telegraph ad runs Sunday, August 30^th: Winter Pool Covers, but everything else changes Tuesday.

►    Events during the next couple of weeks:

         August 31: August Clearance Sale ends today.

         September 2: Pool School 304 ~ Inground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

         September 7: CLOSED ~ Happy Labor Day.

         September 8: Final day of Pentair Automatic Pool Cleaner Rebates.

         September 12: Happy Birthday Andrew: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

         September 16: Pool School 303 ~ Above Ground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

         September 23: Pool School 304 ~ Inground Pool Closing, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

►    Remember, actively tell people about Pool Closing schools. This is the most helpful school all year; even for people with many years of experience.

►    Remember, we are closed Monday, September 7^th for Labor Day.
