► Remember: we close at 3:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Don’t get this wrong when people call!! Who is going to keep the store open until 5:00 waiting for someone to pick up their Air Hockey because we told them 5:00? Or apologize to them for ruining their Christmas?
► Chris H. from Merrimack sent us a Report Card about his excellent shopping experience. He said that we always have fast and friendly service and that we “carry everything I need in stock”. Chris especially noted that “Tod is always friendly and helpful”. He gave us all excellent marks, stating that the cashiers always remember to ask about the rewards program and that the email coupons are great for saving a couple bucks. Chris said that our free water testing is great, as is our free advice, and that we can’t do anything to improve because “everything is great”.

► Call your customers who shopped for a pool recently. The 2018 prices start on 1/1/18. Most pools are going up in price, so NOW is the time to buy! You will get new folders on January 2.
