► Customer Feedback: Customer Julie R., from Troy, NH stated that her general shopping experience with us was Good. Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Allison was very helpful and friendly.” Sales help and communication were both rated Good. Operations was rated Fair. “Lots of confusion about pool table set-up and delivery date, but all ended well.” She would recommend us to a friend. What can we do to improve? “There is a flaw in the felt on our pool table that your manager was going to contact us about, but has not done so. Needs to be replaced.” What do we do really well? “Overall experience was very good.”

Redneck Chronicles Made in Heaven: William, 25, and his fiancee, Sheri, 20, were arrested at the Bay City (Michigan) Mall in January, charged with theft. Police found a pair of earrings and a necklace swiped from Spencer Gifts on her, but she refused to “snitch” on Cornelius, who had minutes earlier proposed to her via a Wal-mart loudspeaker and given her a ring, to applause from onlooking shoppers as she accepted. Cornelius, holding $80.93 worth of goods, was apprehended at the mall food court, having apparently (according to the police report) “fallen asleep at a table while tying his shoe.
