► Customer Feedback: Customer Michelle J. from Bow, NH rated her general shopping experience last May or June with us, as Good. “Wasn’t as much to choose from as I had expected.” Did any of our team members do an usually good job? “The woman who checked me out was very nice.” Sales help and communication were rated Good. Operations people and product performance were rated Excellent. “Look fabulous.” What can we do to improve? “More selection and variety/individual outdoor pieces.” What do we do really well? “Quality product!”

► D&P Pools has discontinued doing inground liner changes for us. Their installer is getting older, and they have not accomplished finding a new installer who will do excellent work. They will complete work that we already gave them, and they can fix problems, but they do not want new work.
► Marquis and Wells Fargo have began a financing buy-down of 0% for 12 months. It has to be approved by March 31 and has to be taken and completed by June 20. NO EXCEPTIONS.
