►    Customer Feedback:  A Service & Repair Report Card was received from customer Pamela A. of Billerica, MA.  She rated us Excellent on all points.  “Patrick and team were very accommodating to our schedule and the challenge of ‘we have a dog so need to know when you’ll be there’!”

►    New advertising starts Sunday, January 15th: Entertain at Home.  Everything else stays the same.

►    There were 32 “One of These” awards for December. Four for customer service. Finalists were Rose, Sarah (twice), Joe, Anne-Marie, and Kristine.  Owner’s Choice was Joe, and the drawing winner was Joe as well.  Congratulations to all.

►    Hoping to get the new aboveground pool prices and samples (at least most of them) out ASAP.
