► Carolyn C. from New Ipswich, NH sent in a Seasonal Service and Repair Report Card after she had Paul do a hot tub repair for her. She gave us 7 out of 10 on how her initial inquiry was handled and on our original quoted price being reasonable. She gave us 8 out of 10 on the follow-up, time it took us to return calls, the price including all “extras”, and keeping appointments. We got 9 out of 10 on the amount of time it took from initial call to her appointment and on the efficiency of the work done. And then 10 out of 10 on everything else! Carolyn said, “Paul is great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and good at his work!”

► From Anne-Marie: The Seasonal Reward$ email blast has been sent out. It went out to 3,990 people. Customers have their rewards certificates now. I noticed that someone already came in and used his certificate right away. The Seasonal Sense (snail-mail) version will be mailed out on January 25th . It will be sent out bulk mail to approximately 375 people.

► Laughter The Best Medicine: Manufacturers often give shower curtains ethereal names such as Anastasia, Summer Mist, and even Cambridge. One day, a customer walked into our home-furnishings store while I was inputting an order for shower curtains. “Excuse me,” he said. “Do you have Sunday Hours?”
I looked up from my computer and said, “Can you tell me what the pattern looks like?”
“Let me rephrase,” he said. “Are you open on Sundays?”
