►    Happy Birthday to Anne-Marie on Tuesday the 24th, and Happy Ten Year Anniversary to Ann A. on Wednesday, the 25th.

►    Customer Feedback:  A Service & Repair Report Card was received from customer George D. of Merrimack, NH.  He rated us Excellent on all points.  “Patrick’s efforts were truly excellent.  From pre-sales discussions through installation and follow-up.  I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years.”

►    Advertising, promotions, and specials continue from last week:  “Entertain at Home”.  Everything else remains the same.

►    The 2017 Warehouse Order Form is exactly the same as the 2016 form, which is why it is also pink.  DO NOT throw away 2016 forms – it is a waste of money.

►    All In A Day’s Work by Reader’s Digest:
