         July 16:  Mia’s Birthday:  FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

         August 1:  August Clearance Sale begins.  Get them while they’re hot!

►    Customer Feedback:  Customer Rich G. from Townsend, MA rated his general shopping experience with us as Excellent.  “Everyone we dealt with was friendly, informative, and non-pressuring.”  Did any of our team members do an usually good job?  “Mia – we took a lot of time shopping for our pool.  Honestly, our first visit was to benchmark Seasonal against the “Discount” stores.  Mia was patient, informative, and she did not pressure us at all.  She encouraged us to shop around.  When we came back to buy the pool we tried to make sure that she was there.  She walked us through everything, including all the finance options.  We never enjoyed spending $5000 so much!” Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent.  “Again, everyone was helpful.  From the warehouse guy loading the pool with a cast on his hand to the folks that helped resolve a light issue with the pool.”  Pool School was rated Average.  In-store advice and free water testing were rated Excellent.  He would recommend us to a friend.  What can we do to improve?  “Lower prices are always appreciated.”  What do we do really well?  “Customer service!”
