► Customer Feedback: We received the following email from customers Robin M. and Susan D.: “Roz was the sales associate who worked with us, and assisted us with our purchase. We are thrilled with our purchases, and with all the great customer service we have received. We look forward to purchasing again from you in the future!”
► Advertising, promotions, and specials all continue from last week: “Mid-Summer Clearance Sale”
► Events during the next couple of weeks:
July 18-19: Customer Appreciation Days: Free Gifts with any purchase, while they last.
July 31: Last day for Maytronics Cash Back Rebates.
► All chlorine deposits were perfect last week. Two warranty items without a name or “Declined”: an Intex filter and an above ground ladder. Good job!
► On Yelp last week, we had 11 searches but only one call.
► Don’t forget – the Safety Reward Party is on Saturday, August 15th, from 5PM – 10PM at Kimballs Farm in Westford, MA. Please remember to RSVP Rose about the Safety Reward Party by Wednesday, July 22. We need to guarantee the food and entertainment right after that. If you are not entirely sure, at least talk to her by then, so we can figure out a solution.
► For additions to next week’s Gull News, give them to Anne-Marie.
► Free lunch this Friday, July 17, provided compliments of the Tip Jar. Thank you for sharing your tips for all to enjoy. (Moe’s Southwestern Grill).
► From Anne-Marie: If Seasonal Reward$/Sense customers are asking about their certificate value from 2014, please do not look at the “Loy Cum” field on their record to figure out their reward. That field has the cumulative points since they joined the program. To give you an example, Kevin Taylor called asking me to email his 2014 certificate. When I did, he called and was very disappointed it was only $8.63 – the cashier told him he would be getting over $20. In order to find the value of a customer’s 2014 certificate, go to the history on the customer’s record. Look at the last purchase they had in 2014. Look under the “comment2” field. That is the correct amount of points for 2014.
► Ways to Maintain a Healthy Level of Insanity:
- Don’t use any Punctuation
- As often as possible, skip rather than walk.
- Ask people what sex they are. Laugh hysterically after they answer.
