► Customer Feedback: Customer Brian B. from Milford, NH rated his general shopping experience with us as Excellent. “Treated respectfully. Gave us her undivided attention. Mia and Patrick helped us through our deck problems.” Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. “Answered all of our questions and concerns. ► Advertising, specials, and promotions all continue from last week: “Mid-Summer Clearance”. This month’s colors are gold in Patio only and ivory everywhere else.
► Important: this is the last week before the August Clearance Sale. Be careful – clearance items may not necessarily be on sale for a month. They are not expected to get cheaper later in the month – they never do. But they may go up if inventory gets too low. Best bet: buy it now and take advantage of our 30-day Low Price Guarantee.

► The rebates on the Atlantis and the Apollo Plus end on July 31. I trust that someone will remove the tags. There is a special extension just on the Apollo, just until August 31. There is a new sign, but the rebate slip still says July 31.
► I just got the last Quarterly Reviews. Congratulations. On average, you got a 125% rating. Thank you.
► A note on Kristine’s party, since the invitation seems to have been out in mailboxes, and refers to our not having a Safety Reward party. Thank you to Kristine for inviting us. As a legality, her party is not a company function, and you are not covered by my company insurance when there.
