► Customer Feedback: Kap S. rated their general shopping experience with us as Excellent. Did any of our team members do an unusually good job? “Dennis helped me select a pool cleaner. He did his usual excellent job of presenting the facts in an entertaining way.” Sales help, was rated Excellent, as was operations, and communication. How have our products performed for you? Kap said the products were average. Why? “Most product have been excellent. I’m not thrilled with the new pool cleaner- doesn’t do as good a job as my last cleaner”. They would recommend us to a friend. Kap replied, “I recommend your service on a regular basis”. What can we do to improve? “I can’t think of a single way you can do it better!” What do we do really well? “You have a well run business that focuses on great customer service in a friendly manner, Thank you!”
Added by Dennis: I discussed his cleaner with him, and will look at it again at the end of the season. He seems to be trying to run it during a major algae attack.

► There were 29 One-of-These Awards for June; 5 for Customer Service. Finalists were Morgan, Stephanie, Allison, Joe, and Anne Marie. Owner’s choice was Stephanie. Drawing winner was Ryan. Congratulations to all.
► The Maytronics rebate ended Friday, July 7.
