► Customer Feedback: Customer Christine H. from Westford, MA rated her general shopping experience with us as Excellent. Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. She would recommend us to a friend. What do we do really well? “I purchased a small outdoor sectional at the end of August. The two pieces did not come with clips to keep it together. I called and the clips were ordered and mailed to me at no charge. Excellent customer service! I will keep coming back!”
► New advertising starts Sunday, July 10: “Mid-Summer Clearance”. Everything else remains the same.
► There were 42 One-of-These Awards in June; 18 for Customer Service. Finalists were Rose, Stephanie, Joe, Patrick, and Mia. Owner’s Choice was Mia, and the Drawing winner was Stephanie.
► Events during the next couple of weeks:
July 9-10: Customer Appreciation Days: Free Gifts with any purchase, while they last.
July 13: Pool School 103 ~ Pool Care Lite, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM.
July 16: Mia’s Birthday: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

► Someone is going out of their way to manually ring up Robelle 4# calcium hardness, which has a UPC code that should put it into Target. Then Anne-Marie and I have to re-adjust the inventory, though our history will always be wrong. So please, we want the Robelle to be sold as Target until we run out. And the UPC code will put it there.
► Sales update so far for this year. Overall, we are slightly (2.1%) up for the year. Bars, patio furniture, hot tubs, grills, spa supplies, and awnings are all ahead. Pool supplies, pool parts, above ground pools, and pool tables are all down. Pool tables are down because they are always down, and the others because it hasn’t been really hot yet. Very good work, especially for our sales people.
