►    Customer Feedback:  Customer J. B, from Hollis, NH rated their general shopping experience as Good.  Did any of our team members did an unusually bad job? “Not bad, just not well trained – new guy.”  Sales help was rated Good.  Operations people were rated Fair.  “Not friendly and basically I ended up loading my own truck – older guy.”    Communication and product performance were rated Good.  “Needed some wood stain/treatment for the arms of my chairs – was not sold any.”  They would recommend us to a friend.  What do we do really well?  “You provide a comfortable atmosphere to shop.”

►    Advertising, promotions, and specials continue from last week: “Super Summer Savings” .   All promotions, specials, and sales remain the same.

►    Events during the next couple of weeks:

         June 19:  Father’s Day ~ FREE Gifts for fathers, future fathers, and fathers-at-heart, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

         June 25:  Happy Birthday Patrick and Rose:  FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

         July 1-3:  FREE Independence Day Gifts while supplies last.

         July 1:  Summer store hours start:  Mon – Fri 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sun 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

         July 4:  CLOSED ~ Happy Independence Day.

►    Happy Birthday to Patrick on Thursday the 23^rd, and to Rose on Friday the 24^th.

►   Congratulations to Andrew and Jack; graduating last weekend from Milford High.

►    Remember, the free gift give-away on Sunday, June 18^th, is not to fathers only.  It is to all males.  You do not ask people if they are a father or a mother.

►    A belated thank you to Patrick, for buying us lunch last week, from Uno’s.

►    Any ideas?  We transferred all inventory of Robelle 4# calcium hardness increaser to Target.  We changed the UPC code to    Target, and removed it from Robelle.  Still, every week, a few are rung up as Robelle.  Which obviously gives us negative inventory in a discontinued product, wrong inventory in the permanent product, and wrong history.  Any idea how this happens?

►    Free lunch on Saturday 6/18 is being provided compliments of Robelle, from Pizza Hut.

►    We just financed your 2015 Profit-Sharing; to those who have been here long enough to qualify for it.  Look for a confirmation from Connie that we sent it, and from Fidelity in a couple of weeks, that they put it in your retirement account.
