►    We had 30 One-of-These Awards in July; 10 for customer service, Allison received the most, with six.  Finalists were Kristine and Allison, plus Ryan had three make it to finalist!  Owner’s Choice was Allison, and the Drawing winner was Ryan.  Congratulations to all.

►    Customer Feedback:  Customers Paul & Linda T. from Merrimack, NH rated their general shopping experience with us as Excellent.  “Service great, sales person knowledgeable and nice.”  Did any of our team members do an usually good job?  “Allison – yes she deserves a reward.”   Sales help was rated Good.  “Yes – all of the above.”  Operations and  communication were rated Excellent.  “Signs in the store well done.”  They would recommend us to a friend.  “Quality products, nice people to deal with.”  What do we do really well?  “Friendly help, knowledgeable delivery, service on time.  Setup done as needed.”

►    When you receive your Seasonal News in the mail, please write the date you receive it and give it to me.  I need to track the quality of printing and delivery.

►    Events during the next couple of weeks:

         August 6-7:  Customer Appreciation Day: Free Gifts with any purchase, while they last.

         August 20:  Happy Birthday Jim:  FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

►    From Anne-Marie: With the recent August email blast being sent out, I am receiving numerous “unsubscribers” from our group emails.  Each of these people will receive a “snail mail” letter from me asking them if they really wanted to unsubscribe.  Their customer account in RetailPro will be turned into “Seasonal Sense”, and in the “notes section” it mentions they have unsubscribed from our emails.  This is a reminder that once a person has unsubscribed, there is no way for me to re-enter them into Mail Chimp. Also simply re-entering their email address on their customer account in RetailPro will not work.  The customer must type an address in their browser and resubscribe themselves.  Directions are in the letter I am sending them.  If you have any questions, please see me. ►    We have new, better-looking labels for the boxed vacuum hose.  By now, you have already switched to them.  The price tag goes on the new label so that the customer (and you) can focus on just one place for all needed information – and a photo of the hose.

►    We have updated the Legacy pool table, game table, and bar special order pages and they are now available at the Design Center.
