►    Remember, we close at 3:00PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.  Getting that wrong can seriously upset a customer who can’t pick up their lay-away Christmas present.

►    Customer Feedback:  A Service & Repair Report Card was received from customer Ellie & Ron D. from Merrimack, NH.  They rated us Excellent on all points.  “We are extremely satisfied long-time customers.  Your staff exemplifies customer service, and they strive to keep “customers for life”!  Including Patrick, Tod & daughters, Mia, Joe, and Paul.  It is a pleasure doing business with you.  From the time you walk in it is a pleasant, happy, professional, and fun experience.  Thank you!”

►    Advertising, specials, etc. continue from last week:  “Seasonal Greetings”

►    A belated Happy Birthday to Joe, last Monday, December 19.  Why didn’t I remember a birthday so close to the birthday of Jeanne….. and Jesus?

►    No mistakes on chlorine deposits and other register issues for the past two weeks.  Great job!

►    Remember the clearance cloth list.  You can save your customer A LOT of money on an upgrade to Accuguard wine.

►    Rose has re-designed our Web-Driver Advertising program.  These are the small ads that we run all year in newspapers when we are not running a large display ad.  Our intention is just to connect a product with our name, and/or drive the customer to our website in order learn more.

►    Sundance says that they are re-opening the second week of February.  Did not say where.  Obviously not on the vacant lot that is for sale.
